10:31 pm - 3DS MAX Nuclear explosive force in city...

Previous Entry Add to Memories Tell a Friend Next Entry

Another attempt at a nuclear style blast. This time I made a little city block made of... blocks... and experimented with a little light for effect.

ENJOY!

its fun to see that little settling motion before the blast; almost like an implosion followed by explosion. There has to be a creative way to make use of that.

Hehhehee... yeah. I forgot to move all my cubes down a tick so they were laying flat on the plane. I didn't have the time to redo the whole thing, so I just let it be. I like the effect. :)

Sometimes things like that are happy accidents that you can make use of later. It's very cool to watch you getting into this!

It reminds me of the Lego Star Wars game. Only darker. Very nice.

Wow, that's pretty awesome. It has been years since I've used 3Dsm, but the force is definitely strong with you =)

Neeat. The glow before the explosion works well.
